In his column for Forbes, CROS President Sergey Zverev speaks about the challenges of the changing world, lifelong learning and transformations that we will all have to live through.

“Today, in the 21st century, our living environment changes almost every second. In the new world, it is not only the past generations’ experience that is losing its relevance. Even the experience we are gaining right now quickly becomes irrelevant. One can be successful in the new conditions only by continuous learning.

In order to talk about competitiveness in the new environment, first we have to rethink the whole system of relations between all levels of education and business. We need to establish a new educational ecosystem in which education institutions, business and consumers of education services alike would be united by mutual interest in participation in the education process.”
