PR DAYS CONFERENCE TAKES PLACE IN ST PETERSBURG

The PR Days Annual Conference was held in St Petersburg on November 16. This year, the discussions were dedicated on the role of strategy in the communications industry.

Ksenia Trifonova, CROS Vice President for Business Development, spoke about how brands change their organization, when it is important to take a closer look at the company’s brand, what should be the first thing to start changes with and how should the process of changes be completed.

“Every company has its internal ‘code’ that finds its reflection in how the company behaves on the market, what strategy it is following. This code is integrated in the brand, it shapes the brand’s communication and determines the range of public images. Reforming and structuring it, we change not only the public image of the company but inevitably its business processes,” Ksenia Trifonova said.
